The HZS180 box-type environmental protection concrete batching plants from Zhongye Group have successfully completed installation and debugging and are now in operation for the construction of the new Harbin-Yichun High-Speed Railway (Ha-Yi HSR).
The Ha-Yi HSR is an extension of China’s “Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals” high-speed rail network, specifically the Beijing-Harbin to Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao corridor. It is the highest-latitude high-speed railway under construction in China, with the greatest annual temperature variation along its route, and it is the first high-speed railway to traverse a perennial island-like frozen soil area. To ensure smooth construction, multiple batching plant units employ a remote centralized control system. This smart information management system integrates and manages various aspects such as raw material entry control, mixing production, transportation scheduling, and on-site environmental monitoring and early warning systems, creating an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, safe, and quality-focused smart concrete batching plant.
